XTON® INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION as one of the first manufacturers of professional equipment for cleaning particulate filters in Europe has a staff of highly qualified engineers. The professional knowledge and experience in designing and constructing these devices that we have gained over the years allows us to share relevant information with others, which we gladly do. We are constantly developing, applying technical novelties and innovative solutions, which makes XTON® equipment one of the world’s leading industrial devices. Our training offer is addressed both to newcomers and to those who have been active in the remanufacturing sector for many years.

During the theoretical training we will present a business plan, advise how to start the regeneration adventure, and tell you about the construction of filters, regeneration methods and problems that can be encountered during the work. We will also discuss the regeneration of EURO5 and EURO6 filters.
In the practical part we will carry out together a comprehensive regeneration process with a detailed discussion of each of the following stages:

filter condition assessment before regeneration with the use of inspection camera
filter preparation for regeneration + assembly in the machine
operation of the measuring process
complex filter cleaning procedure including drying
detailed discussion on all functionalities of the DPF Master Flash device
answers to the participants’ questions
